I saw that the application launcher doesn't open, and it not opened once for me.

This completed the uninstall, and after a reboot, and then an install of 2108, and another reboot to get SSON working, I tested. This switch did nothing to help, so I resorted to the Cleanup Utility. I tried to manually re-run the silent install command for 2108 but this time with the /forceinstall switch, which apparently meant that I would not need to run the Receiver Cleanup Utility. I presumed that this was unable to be uninstalled and was therefore stopping the 2108 from installing. It had succeeded on all machines apart from this one, so when I checked the machine I saw there was an old install of Citrix Receiver 4.12 on there, which had been partly removed but had parts left on there. I tried to deploy 2108 to this machine (and several other machines) using SCCM. When the user double-clicks (or right-click and Open) on the Citrix Workspace icon in the system tray, nothing at all happens. Having installed Citrix Receiver/Workspace app on thousands of machines in the past (either manually or via SCCM) I've never come across this problem before. It does not happen in Edge or Internet Explorer. The devices are running WindLTSC but I have also installed Windows versions 18 and the behavior with the touchscreen is the same when Citrix is installed.

I suppose it's because of the "Citrix Indirect Display Adapter" driver that is installed along with the Citrix app? After that, the touchscreen doesn't respond at all and is only fully useable again when the Citrix App was uninstalled. The touch function works fine until I install the Citrix Workspace app. We use HP EliteOne 800 G3 Touch devices in our production area. The problem occurs after I have left work computer overnight and want to log in in the morning. If I press shift I get window about Sticky keys. I saw a post about a Clean-Up utility for Citrix receiver, but the download button is greyed out for me, I can't download it. Was going to try a fresh install, but I can't even uninstall it! Won't allow me to install over it, as I get a message that says I already have the latest version installed! Next, I tried to uninstall, and it just hangs on the "Initializing." screen and never uninstalls.

I've rebooted several times but nothing changes. Now, a week later, I need to work from home on some patient records, and when I click the link that normally launches Cerner, I just get the hour glass for a few seconds, then nothing happens. I installed the workspace app and it worked fine immediately after install. Got a new PC, and I use it to log into Cerner (Medical records EMR system) from my home.
